(desativar FW) netsh firewall set opmode disable
(habilitar FW) netsh firewall set opmode enable

Win 7
(desativar FW) netsh advfirewall set allprofiles state off
(habilitar FW) netsh advfirewall set allprofiles state on

(parar serviço FW) net stop MpsSvc
(iniciar serviço FW) net start MpsSvc
